Often, this includes unpacking family of origin dynamics, attachment wounds, and the ways past experiences continue to shape present-day connection.
My approach is relational, attachment-based, and somatic. Rather than only talking about emotions, we slow down and gently work with them in live time - noticing what shows up in the body, in relationships, and in moments of closeness or conflict. This allows for deeper emotional processing and more lasting change.
