I’m a Black, queer, neurodivergent therapist deeply committed to supporting individuals who are ready to explore themselves, not just on the surface but with the heart and authenticity that real transformation requires. I know that simply talking about our feelings can sometimes leave us disconnected from what we truly need to understand about ourselves. I’m here to offer a more emotional, relational approach that allows us to feel our way through experiences, a process that I believe is vital for anyone wanting to break old patterns and cycles, whether they stem from their past or their parents' lives.
My work is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a unique approach that allows us to tap into the power of emotions to facilitate deep healing. Through AEDP, I guide clients to not only understand their emotions but to experience them in a safe, supportive space, making room for meaningful change and a renewed sense of connection to self and others.
I bring experience from a diverse range of settings—mental health care facilities, hospitals, schools, and even prisons—which has deeply shaped my approach to therapy. In each of these spaces, I witnessed how profoundly different environments affect mental health and how resilience can emerge even in the most challenging circumstances. I’ve learned that a trauma-informed, relational approach creates a strong foundation for therapy, helping clients not just manage but transform their lives.
I believe that healing is an act of communion and our relationship is so pivotal to your healing! I offer free consultations so we can connect, and you can see if we vibe and if the space feels right for you.
