I'm a licensed therapist helping people better understand themselves, their relationships and the patterns that keep them stuck.
I specialize in working with couples, LGBTQIA+ individuals, athletes, and individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, burnout and life transitions.
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by previous work in oncology and family and divorce law. My experiences that deepened my understanding of grief, transition, and the ways people navigate complex emotional moments. I’m passionate about creating spaces where you don’t have to perform, over-explain, or hold everything together.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy watching and playing sports, comedy and musical theater, spending time in nature, and being with family and friends.

I believe healing begins in relationship, which means therapy with me starts with us being in real connection together.
Clients describe therapy with me as a space where they don’t feel judged and where they can show up exactly as they are without having to filter or perform. There’s room for laughter, honesty, and the full range of being human. At the same time, they often feel deeply heard and seen, like their emotions actually matter and are given space to exist rather than dismissed or rushed past.
