We have a strict 24-hour cancellation fee meaning you must cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to 24 hours, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Please note that being 15 minutes late or more will result in a "no show" and you will be charged the full session fee.
In accordance with the law that went into effect on January 1, 2022, all consumers who are uninsured or do not plan on submitting their claim to their insurance provider, are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of expected charges.
